Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.
Short-term lease options are available for an additional monthly fee: $200 for 3–6-month terms and $100 for 7–10-month terms. Premiums may vary; pricing is subject to change.
